What is the best way to store/sort magazines or the articles in them?

I have 4 magazine sorters full of parenting magazines that I want to keep for later reference. I dont need the whole magazine just specific articles but I cant figure out a good way to store them so that I can find what I want quickly. Any ideas?

    If these mags are online, you could just later on access their archived articles in the search/keyword box.
