What agency censors magazines and other printing materials?

I know the FCC censors tv and film, but are they the same agency that censors magazines, video games and books?

No, usually books and magazines are censored by the publishers due to pressure from private groups. There is no government organization that censors any written materials (at least in the US), but private groups try to all the time.
