I have about 20,000 miles sitting around that will expire soon with United Airlines. I know many plans allow members to get magazine subscriptions in exchange for their miles. Does United do this? I know they used to, but can’t seem to find anything besides WSJ subscriptions now… Thanks!

You used to be able to do this. Now it seems to be newspaper subscriptions. You can get dining certificates for your miles. The Mileage Plus awards are shown here: http://www.united.com/page/genericpage/1,,53171,00.html

   CAn’t you travel somewhere or at least buy some miles so they won’t expire.
