I don’t know if you’ve ever heard of a magazine called "The Week." It’s a weekly magazine that basically takes a things from every other magazine (it mostly covers political dealings) and it both explains things and gives an opinion on some things.
It’s not the best example, but it’s something I thought of off the top of my head. It’s really hard to actually find "balanced" opinion anywhere. References :
