Can I go to jail for signing up someone else for magazine subscriptions?
I had a falling out with someone, and two days later with little sleep and some help from alcohol decided to sign up that person to countless magazines online with the "bill me later" box checked. Thinking about it now, the next (sober) day, it was SO STUPID. And now I’m worried that they will find out it was me and I’ll go to jail. What can happen in this situation? Can I go to jail for this?
No they aren’t going to track you down. Most likely your friend will recieve them and not pay and eventually they will forget about it. It might be a misdemeanor meaning you won’t go to jail.

No, they’ll track the orders using your IP address and they’ll bill you for the magazines.

Dude wat u did has got to be the lamest attempt at a practical joke i hav ever heard of. I mean i hav mates who have done that but it has bounced back on them when they had to pay for $186 worth of Christian magazines.
Nah the best practical joke when drunk is to convince ur mate that he had sex with another of ur mates nd sit back and watch the hilarity un fold.
good day and good luck sir
