I have 2 AMEX (American Express) GIft Cards for my birthday. I used one of each for a magazine subscription and 5 minutes after submitting my card info, etc, it doesn’t show that my balance has gone down for anything.

So how long after submitting a magazine subscription does it appear when you check your balance?

i just want to make sure i didn’t screw up the order or anything… because i have confirmations, but it doesn’t show the purchases.

Keep track of the conformations and don’t spend the money on the card for anything else. Magazine subscriptions are slow. I pay for all of mine by check and sometimes it’s 8 to 10 weeks before the cash my checks.
