How do I cancel a Seventeen Magazine Subscription?

Posted on March 19th, 2010 by admin in magazine subscription | 2 Comments »

I accidentally subscribed for another 12 issues of Seventeen Magazine while entering a sweepstake. I already have a subscription right now, but I want to cancel this one that I accidentally ordered. What can I do so that only one of the subscriptions will be cancelled.

As long as you didn’t pay online they will send you a bill in the mail. Don’t fill it out and they will cancel that subscription and keep the one you have now. If you want to you can go to Seventeen’s website and click customer service and fill in your address and email. You can click "Cancel Duplicate Issues" because I think that if you click "Cancel Subscription" It will cancel both. You can also email someone from the customer service department and they can help you. They usually respond in 1-2 business days. I hope I helped =]

Go to http://www.seventeen.com and at the very top there is a link that says "Customer Service". Click on that and find the link that says "Cancel My Subscription". You have to fill in your information and you will be unsubscribed.
