Where do i go in newyork city to view about fashion in magazines?

Ok so im going to new york city this summer ….when i grow up i wanna be an editor in chief of a magazine or atleast work for a magazine with fashion …where in newyork city can i go to see about the fashion magazines?…if i grow up where would i work in newyork city some help me!!

call one of the publishers and ask if you could tour their offices, let them know that you would like to work in that field, many of them even do regularly scheduled tours
