Its a fast-paced kinda place -- but it's fun. ;) My personal favorite is Vogue, and this would also be my suggestion as to which is the "best". They are all amazing and follow trends impeccably well, but for the money you'll spend vs. the information and brilliant new ideas and designers and such, Vogue is your best value. I'd really suggest picking up a few, and just scanning through them to see what style is preferable for you to read and enjoy, since everyone's taste is a bit different.
