ok im almost thirteen and so farm this spring/summer i’ve been noticing that there are three basic styles: polka dots, Tye-dye, and cut off shorts i need a magazine that show me different ways to wear these things in a cute and fashionable way im on a tight budget so please keep that in mind when giving me andy advice also if you think anything else is in style this spring/ summer please let me know

   Since your are still in your teens, Try looking at SEVENTEEN and TEEN VOGUE magazine. They have great style and you can find cheap bargains items that they recommend.
