I’ve never had to show them an ID for buying magazines. The only time I had to verify my age with Cheaperthandirt is when I order ammo…and that is shown to the Fedx/UPS man. Its not a firearm so no reason for them to even think about needing to see an I.D. As long as it is not the serial numbered part known as the receiver you can even order gun parts and have them mail to your front door. References :
