Or will they ask for photocopies of ID’s and crap?

magazine purchases are not age restricted. As long as it is legal to own in your state

I’ve never had to show them an ID for buying magazines. The only time I had to verify my age with Cheaperthandirt is when I order ammo…and that is shown to the Fedx/UPS man. Now things could be different if you live outside of Texas. Your state may have some type of law about it…that or cheaperthandirt has changed their policy.

Its not a firearm so no reason for them to even think about needing to see an I.D. As long as it is not the serial numbered part known as the receiver you can even order gun parts and have them mail to your front door.

You only need to show ID with those sites if you buy ammo. And the minimum age is 18. When I ordered from them I have never been asked for ID.

The only restriction I can think of might be a state law limiting magazine capacity. Cheaperthandirt.com would have no problem selling to you.
