They seem to be legitimate and sell these magazines to further their education and/or better themselves. Scam?

The only ones which are legitimate are students representing their school. These are NOT scams and they are doing this for ’special’ things for their school. Listen to them next time and they will tell you what they are for…..

I recently got my girlfriend a years subscription to Cosmopolitan from this site http://www.freemagazine-subscription.com all I had to do is fill out some free offers. Am just wondering if anyone know any similar sites as it will save her heaps the way she buys these magazines. Thanks

We all get magazines sent to our home, right? How long after you receive them does it take you to finish the issue? Do you wait for the weekend or do you read pieces of the issue here and there until the next issue is sent? Do you ever purchase anything from the small ads in the back of the magazine?

secondly depending on the size and interest of the magazine aswell as the speed of a reader it depends how long a magazine will take to be read

Thirdly most of the ads are pure crap, not always but generally

My daughter lives in Toronto and I am going to purchase a subscription of a US magazine to be sent to her. The price is a little bit higher than for US addresses, but is there any additional tax that she will have to pay? If so, I’ll just buy them and send them to her.

Yes, they will charge GST and PST on the subscription. Those will be less than the postage hassle of mailing them, though.

I used to go on ebay, but it seems they don’t have very many these days. Ive also heard of some friends signing up for multiple subscriptions and getting good deals. Any websites would be helpful, I’m just looking to save a few bucks in this bad economy. Thanks.

I have recieved about 17 bills, and counting amounting to about $350. They were all sent in on insert cards and I have copies of them all coming. I have cancelled all of the subscriptions as well. This is not the first time this person has harrassed me , it has been going on for about a year and a half. I want it to stop. Your ideas are appreciated.

cancel, refuse the mags when they arrive and return the favor to the person, or contact the postal inspector and report the harassment. if they investigate and find it as harassment the it is a felony because they are using the U.S. mail

I was thinking National Geographic Little Kids for two households, one has 2 little girls 3 & 5, the other a 2 yr old boy & 4 yr old girl.

For an 11 yr old boy, Nickelodeon magazine.

I liked highlights too, but I remember reading it around the ages 6-10, which is out of the other kids age range. That would be something I’d do in the next few years

I am thinking about getting one of these for my 3 year old son. I think it comes with a free gift too. It was recommended to me by a friend she said her daughter loved it. You may want to look a little more into it, but it is an idea.
