Thinking about getting a magazine subscription while in college? will there be any difficulty in terms of getting my magazine on time every week?

there shouldn’t be…does your school have a mailroom or does mail get delivered to your dorm…i worked in the mailroom at my school and those babies always were there on time

What is a good magazine in the Tagalog language to order a subscription for her? I think a magazine with a monthly subscription would be best. Where is a good place to order it from?

Also, what is a good Tagalog newspaper–maybe I can order her Sunday edition only to have shipped to our USA address. Where can I order?

I want the language to be in Tagalog and not in English.

I regularly read the Philippine Star newspaper and they have a Tagalog version – Pilipino Star Ngayon. You can contact them for subscription. Here is the link:

If your wife loves television at home, you can also contact Direct TV, they have a Filipino package where you get the major Manila TV networks bunched in one offering among them ABS-CBN and GMA and some radio stations. Your children can easily pick up Tagalog through TV so this is one good option for you.

I also never heard of a magazine company not letting you cancel. Your bank will cancel the card and I would put in a dispute. You will get your money back. (And it will not affect your credit).

I am planning on getting my grandmother a magazine subscription for Christmas and I need a suggestion on a good one. My grandfather recently passed away so she is now just cooking for herself. Does anyone have a cooking magazine subscrition idea for someone that is cooking for 1 or 2 people? Thanks!

Yes, you can cancel it online. Email SVNcustserv@cdsfulfillment.com and just say that you want to cancel your subscription. They respond fast, don’t worry (they canceled my order in 20 minutes).

my friends just lost their 6 month old unborn baby, she had a c-section and her baby girl didn’t survive too long after..

and a month ago, i got a 4 year subscription to Parents Magazine for them. it should be arriving in a couple weeks if it hasn’t already. it also slipped my mind so they don’t know i did that for them, should i cancel the subscription or let them know?

hi i know how it feels to lose a unborn baby i was 32 weeks pregnant and i lose my little girl i had to carry her around for rest of my time it was hard. i was on my way down to get an c-section when they could not find a heart beat.

ya i think u should cancel the subscription cause my sister done that same as u but she never told me and i got it in the post and when i open i seen what it was and i was very down and i start to fight with my sister over but now i know she was good thing. ur friend need to get over the dead of her little girl

how can i attach money to a magazine subscription (it looks like a postcard) without one of those clear envelopes? i want to just attach cash.. not a check, and i don’t want to order online?

i can’t put it in a normal envelope because it’ll cover up the address and the the "business reply mail, postage will be paid by addressee" etc etc.

btw i’m ordering teen vogue and seventeen but i don’t think that really matters when it comes to ordering magazine subscriptions.
