You don’t say how many, what the graphics are going to be like, will you need full colour plates or not.

Ebay does good magazines for decent prices :) Just go on ebay and click arrow and select "books and magazines" and click search it will give you all the magazines people are trying to sell.

and I know where a Japanese store is in my area and they have magazines but
