Would a police investgation be held over magazine subscriptions and prank private calls?

There are some magazines going to a coworker that he did not sign up for or so he says. They have been coming to him via email and USPS to home and work. Also he says he received about 5 prank phone calls a little while ago and is wanting to conduct a police investigation. What are the penalties for a perpetuator?

They could be charged for harassing him.

Im looking for a website that sells magazines at a cheaper price and free delivery. Im from QLD Australia so I want to know if there is any because the mags at newsagents are too expensive. I just want the mag I dont even want the cd with it or subscribe and keep getting them regularly just the ones I want to choose. Even if they had discounts if they were old.

Ebay does good magazines for decent prices Just go on ebay and click arrow and select "books and magazines" and click search it will give you all the magazines people are trying to sell.

As the title goes. I tried going to newsagents and seven-elevens to ask them for any magazine they can’t sell, but the Asian owners are more comfortable in throwing them into the bin than giving them out for free. I don’t want to spend hundreds of dollar buying magazines so I can cut them into pieces. Can anyone help??

Another idea is to ask friends – offer to buy them 1 x latest issue in return for 10 x old issues!

they only have an issue from 2009
and I know where a Japanese store is in my area and they have magazines but
not my favorite magazine they mostly have like cooking, and the typical kinds you’d find at a grocery store not like the men’s fashion magazines

they added tons of new ones like men’s knuckle . also i know sometimes they take request from costumers ( thats what i do when i m looking for newer issues )
