Why haven’t my Mad Magazine subscription been coming in the mail yet?
I ordered a 6 issue subscription from the Mad Magazine web site from about 2 months ago. I have yet to receive any magazine in the mail. Should I be concerned? Or does Mad take a little longer with producing issues?
I don’t know if Mad is a monthly or not. It’s possible that if it is not, you might have just missed getting a copy and will get the next one.
Keep an eye on the newsstand. If a new issue comes out and you don’t get it in the mail within a couple of days, it’s time to call and ask.

About a week ago I sent in a slip to get a Nintendo Power magazine subscription. It’s been a week and I haven’t heard anything from them. Should I get an e-mail confirmation or anything, or do I just wait until I receive the first issue? I just want to make sure that they actually received my sign-up.

LOL. Dude, game mags havent put out demo discs for the last two years. Pretty much everyone is online now, so if you want a demo, you need to get online and download them.
How do retailers achieve coverage of their products in fashion magazines?
How do fashion retailers place their items in magazine features? What costs are involved? Do magazines source the products themselves or do the retailers contact magazines if they want their products to be featured? If someone could help me that would be great!
Write to the fashion editor of the magazine and let he/she know that you are willing to offer your assistance in product supply. Mention to whar extent you are willing to bear the cost (incase tha products are out of therange you may have) Some times the Magazine might even sell you the credit line for a cost without even supplying the items. If you really have something of value to the Magazines readership, it may even commission their own team ro cover it. You may also invest in high resolution, quality art photographs of you merchandise. If rge art is good the magazine’s Design Head may use it.
