I am already subscribed to Seventeen Magazine, but today I entered their free giveaways and at the end, they said I purchased another subscription & they said they would bill me the check. I want to cancel the subription that was accidently subscribed but not my old one how can I do that? If I cancel my subscription online, will they cancel both of my subscriptions or just one?

I would go ahead and call their toll free number as I imagine you would get better service that way.

I wanted to sign up for catalogs/magazines which would have occasional coupons, discounts, and specials for skiing resorts during the skiing season. Do you have any suggestions on where I can start looking for these (I tried on Google- no luck), or if you have had any experience with this sort of thing.

In the fall look for where Warren Miller Entertainment will be screening the annual film in your area. Many of the New York venues give out coupons and comps as part of the ticket cost for the screening. We go to Binghamton’s screening every year and for $24 we get usually get 2-for-1s for Holiday Valley and Swain as well as comps for Stratton and usually another VT resort. In the past we’ve got comps for Killington, Mt. Snow, and Smuggs. Plus coupons for Buckman’s stores and a subscription to Skiing magazine…oh yeah, the movie too!

When you register with Warren Miller’s website to redeem your coupons for the SWAG you can opt to get email from dozens of resorts who will send you more info on deals and packages.

You can also just get on the email list for your favorite resorts by signing up on line.

Then there are the long-standing deals that seem to be an annual thing such as the "Coca-Cola 1/2 Price Deal" at Gore on Wednesdays.

The best way to ski cheap is to join a ski patrol at a small resort that doesn’t have a strict time commitment requirement and isn’t all that busy. You can ski there for free and then use your patrol perks to score freebies and deals everywhere else. I skied 33 days this year. Between my patrol days and deals I scored at other places I paid a whopping $55 TOTAL for the whole season.

it should be in the phone under services, newspaper or magazine? It’s be so long since I actually subscribed to one! You can get a magazine at level 3 or 4 enthusiasm.

I am new to the marketing field and have landed a job about 7 months ago planning, creating and executing the marketing efforts for a small company. Hi recently i have been recieveing statements from certain magazine companies like parents or latina which i have no idea how they got subscribed. I am a young college student who has no fascination or want with any of these companies. they send me statements and threaten to direct it to the credit bureau if i do not pay and i do not know what to do because they do not have call back numbers and as a cheap low budget college student i do not want to pay.Please any help will be great. How do you cancel this subscription? Can you cancel the magazine? The people keep sending me payments and I don’t send them the money. I have gotten at least 2 or 3 letters saying I need to pay. Should I continue to disregard the letters they’re sending me? If so, will they shut down my account and stop sending me the magazine?

Did you not cancel a trial subscription? I’ve heard some people who ignored the bills and they got sent a notice that they will be forwarded to a collection agency. Anyway, the customer service number of Nylon mag is 866-639-8133.
